An Artist Proof is essentially the FOTL card that we consider to be a perfect color match to our digital file. What that means is we sometimes print, 20 failed prints before arriving at this Artist Proof. One this one looks is approved from a production standpoint the rest of the variants go into production. Nothing happens without the AP. It is the grail of all drops for this very reason.
